It’s on Sunday 29th November at the Domain at 1pm. This is Sydney’s part in the global mobilisation to show the world’s leaders that we expect a strong climate treaty from the UN talks in Paris in early December. We want our government to commit to a stronger post-2020 target and to support the moratorium on new coal mines proposed by the President of Kiribati.
Wear BLUE for the future and take a stand for future generations. Sutherland CAN members will be on the second carriage of the 11:48 train from Cronulla (12:05 Sutherland), arriving Martin Place 12:48. Music and entertainment starts at the Domain from 1pm and the march leaves 2pm (bring a banner or placard!). It’s going to be HUGE so don’t miss the buzz you’ll get from joining in thousands of others who care!
